Unnecessary Pitch Mark Damage - February 2022

As we reach the end of another busy and successful course maintenance week, we would like to draw Members' attention to the never ending subject of unrepaired pitch marks.  The photographs below give a snapshot of some of the unrepaired pitch marks that the greenkeepers have observed this week, including on the practice chipping green near the 1st tee.  Clearly this damage is avoidable so please could we remind all Members to repair their pitch marks on every green.  Doing so will improve the quality of the greens and ensure that the greenkeepers spend their time being far more productive.
