SOUS CHEF (PERMANENT)
The Club is looking to recruit a new Sous Chef and would be interested to hear from candidates who have:
- A wide-ranging culinary background
- An ability to take charge of daily kitchen operating procedures
- Level 3 Professional Cooking and Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications
- Experience working in a small team
- A flexible approach and friendly demeanour
The role is offered with a competitive salary, 28 days holiday and employer's pension contribution, along with other benefits.
